Our business is about enabling café owners to increase their product offerings as a way of attracting more customers, maybe people who are looking for an alternative to coffee, particularly one that is plant-based and gluten-free. That’s why the opportunity to collaborate with other people is such a great idea.
We recently teamed up with one of the Coffee Commune members and developed a completely new line of chocolate-based products. I like the commune because it is disruptive, challenges the conventional ways of things, and makes the industry more sustainable.’
