Her culinary adventures have taken her around the world, including cooking at the Ritz Carlton in Singapore and the Hotel Okura in Tokyo as an invited guest chef. While in Tokyo, she made history as the only Australian to compete on Iron Chef, captivating an audience of 20 million viewers.
Gillian’s love for the hospitality industry has been a lifelong passion, and she now channels that enthusiasm and vast body of knowledge into helping others succeed in the field she once dominated, all while sharing her inspiring stories.
