The Coffee Commune offers three types of memberships:
- Partner Membership Package
- Accelerator Membership Package
- The Enabler membership package
If you’re a startup hospitality business looking to fast track your journey in the industry and gain invaluable advice and product knowledge, then the Enabler membership offered by the Coffee Commune is the right choice for you.
If you have an established hospitality or roasting business and are looking for ways to increase profitability, efficiency, and sustainability, either by cutting costs, growing your network, accessing member offers, finding new solutions, increasing your knowledge, or learning from experts in the industry, then you should consider the Accelerator or Partner memberships.
The Accelerator membership is focused on leveraging the buying power of the Coffee Commune’s network to deliver savings and efficiencies and giving you the tools and information you need to accelerate your business.
If you’re a supplier to coffee, café and restaurant businesses or other hospitality businesses; if you’re looking to grow your industry network to increase sales and business opportunities, as well as access to business mentoring, industry research, and carefully selected training programs, then the Partner membership is for you.

- An Enabler Membership costs $95 plus GST, per year, paid annually.
- An Accelerator Membership costs $295 plus GST, per year, paid annually.
- A Partner Membership cost $1995 plus GST, per year, paid annually or monthly.
Our memberships are annual. The renewal process commences on the anniversary date of your membership each year.
You will be contacted 3 months prior to the anniversary date of your annual membership to advise you that your renewal is coming up. On the anniversary date you will receive a request to renew your membership.
You can cancel your membership by emailing the Membership Team – email@example.com.
There is no refund of Membership Fees should you cancel your membership at any stage during your current membership term.
Where a Membership has been paid annually, if the Member notifies the Coffee Commune that the Member wishes to not renew, then the Member will remain entitled to access the Benefits for the remainder of that Membership term and no refund will be granted, unless, at the sole and unfettered discretion of the Coffee Commune, If the Coffee Commune elects to terminate the Membership with immediate effect and refund that part of the Membership Fee paid in advance by the Member that represents the balance of the Membership term, in which case the Member will no longer have any entitlement to any of the Benefits, which may include denial of access to the Coffee Commune premises.
Where a Partner member pays monthly, and notifies the Coffee Commune they do not wish to renew their membership when it comes due, the Member will remain entitled to access the Benefits for the remainder of that membership term, and will be obligated to pay the remaining monthly Membership fees for the current term, unless, at the sole and unfettered discretion of the Coffee Commune. If the Coffee Commune elects to terminate the Membership with immediate effect and cancel the remaining monthly payments left in the Membership term, in which case the Member will no longer have any entitlement to any of the Benefits, which may include denial of access to the Coffee Commune premises.
You can update your membership information by logging into the member only area on our website. The log in will direct you to our member portal where you can update your details.
Can I add my staff to my membership, so they have access too?
- Enabler members have 1 single user access.
- The Accelerator Membership includes a 5-user access, so members can include up to 5 staff to the membership profile.
- The Partner Membership includes a 10-user access, so the members can include up to 10 staff to the membership profile.
You can access member-only content by logging into the member only area on our website. The log in will direct you to our member portal where you will have access to member only discounts, information, resources, podcasts and much more!
You can register for events on our website. To access member discounts to events, simply log into our member only area and purchase your tickets there.
There are various ways to network with other members. We hold in -person events, training & workshops, Accelerator Expos, Think and Drink meet ups, product launches, industry nights and many other networking opportunities. You can also reach out to other members in the network through our member notice board, in app chat function, digital business card exchange, and community feed, all in our member platform.
The Coffee Commune Membership packages provide key services across a range of areas such as advocacy, member benefits and discounts, educational and industry events, info, insights and resources, training, and awards. We provide resources and support focused around:

- Facilitating new and innovative solutions to keep the industry sustainable and strong.
Non-members can attend certain events and access general resources. Member discounts will not apply.
