Why do some businesses go from strength to strength, while others crash and burn?
One reason stands head and shoulders above the rest – a willingness to embrace change, to be a leader, a genuine game changer.
Learn how to:
· Outthink your competition.
· Outgrow your competition.
· Out innovate your competition.
Key takeaways to energise your business:
1. The power of planning from the outside in; think like a customer and turn an OK brand into a game-changing brand.
2. How to create a magical customer experience; understand how WIFM will drive your business; knowing the right questions to ask and knowing when the hole is more important than the drill bit.
3. Destroying the old – creating the new, seeing the opportunities, avoiding the pitfalls, and thriving, not just surviving.
Presented by the joint authors of 17 Rules of Game Changer Thinking.
· Brand Strategist, Allan Bonsall who spent his business life helping other people shape their success: and
· Phillip Di Bella who turned his knowledge of coffee into a multi-million dollar business.

Speakers

Managing Director of The Coffee Commune
Phillip Di Bella is a highly respected business entrepreneur with a unique ability to visualize and commercialise what many others never see. Though initially known for the establishment of Di Bella Coffee, which became Australia’s largest specialty coffee company, Phillip’s entrepreneurial spirit has brought success to other businesses such as International Coffee Traders, Abbotsford Road Specialty Coffee in New York, and more recently The Coffee Commune.
Not satisfied with simply focusing on building his own successful businesses, Phillip has dedicated much time to supporting the growth and development of other businesses. Often referred to as an “Entrepreneur in Residence”, Phillip regularly lends his strategic thinking to businesses such as BDO Consulting, helping their clients overcome challenges, see new opportunities, and then supporting the commercialisation of these solutions.
Phillip has further extended his commitment to the coaching and mentoring of other businesses through the establishment of The Coffee Commune - a business dedicated to the long term development, sustainability and success of the broader coffee industry for all participants. Through The Coffee Commune Phillip enthusiastically shares his experience and knowledge of the coffee industry and continues his passion for encouraging improvement and inspiration in others.
