Lauren Karan

Talent Director of Karan & Co.

Lauren’s extensive knowledge of culture fit and market mapping sets her apart from her peers. Lauren embeds herself within businesses and understands the full process of hiring decisions and the impact this has on business.

With over 12 years of experience as a technical and engineering specialist recruiting in the building and civil construction markets, Lauren holds a degree in psychology, accreditation in behavioural interviewing and psychometric testing, and is also a certified organisational coach.
