We are launching an exciting new concept and unique experience for Brisbane dinners where we will bring our restaurant on wheels to you. This concept has never been done before…Our tram, featuring a 5-star design is a fully functioning restaurant on wheels. We will visit different locations across Brisbane and provide a seasonal degustation menu, complimented by superior Italian wines.
When we first came up with our idea, we knew it was unique. We got really excited about all the possibilities. But we didn’t know what permits or licenses we’d require; we didn’t know which council departments to go to, we really didn’t know where to start. Then, Coffee Commune, introduced us to a key contact in council who helped us speak to the right people, from there, things started moving. We were able to secure all the licences and permits we needed to start our business.
