Most recently, Phillip Founded The Coffee Commune. As the Managing Director, this world first business has become Australia’s peak body in advocating for café owners across the county. The 1 thousand members (and growing) hospitality businesses together. Through workshops and mentoring, members have achieved operational and marketing growth.

Dr Cathryn Lloyd is a creative facilitator, coach, and founder of Maverick Minds, a practice that helps people shift their thinking, connect and create, adapt, and innovate in their unique professional contexts. Using her Artful Inquiry approach when working with businesses, Cathryn designs experiences that spark meaningful conversations, connections, fresh ideas, and practical action.

Marija is a dedicated leadership development professional, passionate about empowering leaders and their teams to thrive in today’s fast-paced, digital landscape. As the Director of Momentus Australia, she designs and delivers tailored programs that enhance leadership capabilities, fostering innovation, problem-solving, and improved employee engagement, performance, and resilience. With a background in senior HR leadership roles, Marija has worked across industries such as global professional services, higher education, government, insurance, and manufacturing. Marija currently serves as Secretary of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Queensland Branch, and is a current AHRI Professional Member and former AHRI network convenor.

Lauren’s extensive knowledge of culture fit and market mapping sets her apart from her peers. Lauren embeds herself within businesses and understands the full process of hiring decisions and the impact this has on business. With over 12 years of experience as a technical and engineering specialist recruiting in the building and civil construction markets, Lauren holds a degree in psychology, accreditation in behavioural interviewing and psychometric testing, and is also a certified organisational coach.
