Join us for another exciting Roasters Jam at The Coffee Commune, where coffee roasters, enthusiasts, and professionals come together for a night of learning and fun.
This “Legends Event” will feature five well-known roasters from Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and the Gold Coast, each showcasing their skills by roasting a mystery coffee. Guests will have the opportunity to learn directly from these roasters as they share their roasting techniques, and the audience will vote for their favourite brew. In addition to the competition, the event will feature equipment demos, tastings, and engaging activities.
We’re thrilled to announce that the expert Jason Long from Comind Gas will be our guest speaker. He will discuss common mistakes in setting up coffee roasting machines and conduct an experiment on temperature monitoring systems in coffee roasters.
