Anne Cooper is a coffee roasting consultant with over 30 years of experience in the coffee industry. She has gained extensive expertise in many areas of the coffee world, working at both national and international levels. Through her consulting company, Equilibrium Master Roasters, Anne continues to refine her roasting skills and knowledge, gaining exposure to a wide range of roasting machines, company sizes, techniques, and industry-relevant processes and protocols. These are skills and insights she is passionate about passing on to the next generation of flame keepers.

Caleb Holstein

CEO and Founder, Greensquare

With 17 years of experience in the coffee industry, Caleb has worked as a café and roastery owner and as a roasting and green buying consultant for companies across the country. He now dedicates his expertise to helping coffee roasters better manage, plan, and budget for their green coffee. As co-founder of Greensquare, the go-to roaster software for green coffee planning and management, Caleb creates educational and informative content, ensuring roasters have the tools and resources to eliminate guesswork in green coffee management.

Jason Long

Comind/Coffee Roaster Rescue

Over 25 years’ experience in the gas industry, engineering burner and gas system design, and specialisation in coffee roasting & brewing plant and equipment.
Jason runs a solutions-based business, looking after whole roaster and burner installation and general roaster servicing.
Jason carries most common burner and combustion parts to get you back up and running and can handle everything, from a simple bearing change to the assembly, installation, and commissioning of a 240kg IMF roaster and silo system.
Jason has access to a team of highly experienced people who can assist with your coffee roaster installation and/or roastery setup, from connection to the gas network and suppliers, to electricians and roofers. Getting you operational quickly and efficiently.

Clive Jacobs

General Manager at Roastar

A hands-on, sleeves-up, General Manager and sales professional. Having set up two very successful businesses, both from startups, I understand all aspects of running a successful company. I am passionate about every challenge and know what it takes to drive and guide a team to focus on customer satisfaction, which will inevitably lead to growth, increased productivity, and a healthy and profitable business. My past and real-life experiences have allowed me to work across all aspects of a business. My solid people skills learned through a very successful sales career, have been invaluable in mentoring and retaining talent in a very tough employment market. I have had the privilege of working in the UK, NZ, and Australia across a number of different industrial markets.
